Lanka Simply Solutions (Private) Limited (LSS (PVT) LTD) is incorporated by Act No 07 of 2007. The Authority is governed by the Chairman and the Board of Directors appointed by the Company. Managing Director is the Chief Executive Officer and all departments headed by the CEO. These departments are solely responsible for overall operation to drive the set departmental goals and to contribute towards the accomplishment of organizational strategic goal.
HISTORY
In 2020, the Lanka Simply Solutions (Private) Limited was established to foster the multiple needs and support the clients to address proactively their secretarial needs, business and organizational relations development benchmarks, household and community development needs in overall.
One of the major components of the organization is fulfill the durable settlement solution of the families who do not have adequate housing to protect their dignity. Shelter for all the is the primary building block of the development process in the country, Lanka Simply Solutions (Private) Limited contribute to the government housing strategy and its frame works for elimination of statistical note who do not have proper livable houses in the country. Mr. Nizardeen Muhammed Thameem is the founder of the company who realized the rural illiterate people and the people with local language barriers face a long lasting suffering in the country. Even, they do not have the access to deal their basic human rights related problems and most of them are reluctant because of their economic and education vulnerability. Since the Mr. N.M.Thameem become from a rural inhabitant from the Northern part of Trincomalee, and he worked in government judicial sector- he came to aware of the burdens and untold stories of the communities. Last ten executive years of experience seeded and provoked Mr. N.M.Thameem insights to start over a company to serve the public with all his knowledge and experiences in a feasible manner.
